1) Print copy with scaling off. (when cut out it needs to be the size of a dollar bill)
2) Fill in the ovals as below
Section 1: RS232
Section 2: Fill out None
Section 3: Flashing
Section 4: Bill 1, Bill 2, Bill 3, Bill 4, Bill 5, Bill 6 (Only fill in Bill 5 and Bill 6 if model takes $50s/$100s)
Section 5: Low, All 4 ways
3) They will hold the diagnostic button for 10s
a. it will flash 10x then stop
b. they will insert card
c. BV will pull card in, then spit it back out
d. BV should be good to go.
